- Program Description & Target Market: This annual fundraising gala event is a
gathering of approximately 1,000 of Chicago’s top industry professionals and decision makers as well as distinguished representatives from government and civic organizations and the media. The reception is highlighted by eight of the CCTB’s member restaurants and caterers followed by dinner and dancing. Raffles and a silent auction take place throughout the evening. The primary sponsor of the event is AVT Event Technologies.
- Member Opportunity:
1. Members have the opportunity to sign up for one of our eight (8) reception stations. If selected, the member donates hors d’oeuvres for 500 people. Members also have the opportunity to sign up for one of our eight (8) dessert stations. If selected, the member donates dessert for 500 people. Participation in these stations affords the member the opportunity to showcase their venue to approximately 1,000 industry professionals.
2. Members also have the opportunity to purchase various Benefactor Packages or individual tickets as well as purchase raffle tickets for exciting prizes and bid on fabulous silent auction packages.
Members have the opportunity to showcase their product by donating to the silent auction/raffle.
- Cost to Participate:
- $9,500 – Platinum Plus Benefactor (Two tables of ten)
$6,000 – Platinum Benefactor (Table of ten)
$4,250 – Gold Benefactor (Table of ten)
$1,700 – Silver Benefactor (Four tickets)
$400 – Individual Ticket
